Full sprinkler system with alarm installed in 2019. The whole facility has been renovated to open for great room, large dining room, and beautiful kitchen with all new appliances. There are 8 rentable rooms with 5 Singles, 2 Doubles and one that can hold 3 easily. Bathrooms are handicap accessible and all to current code. Home sits on 3 acres and is next to the Warwick Hills Golf Course. During tournaments you can get some extra income by renting out part of the parking lot. Facility is close to Genese Hospital and has a great reputation that brings new clients in consistently. We have had no covid-19 cases in this facility.
